Downloads & Access
You can place an order on our website by adding items to your cart and following the checkout instructions.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital items. Alternatively, you can access your downloads by logging into your account on our website.
No. You can download the item an unlimited number of times.
Payment & Refunds
We accept:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards from all countries — plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, and Korean payment methods.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on digital downloads.
Frame TV Art
STEP 1 – Download on your phone:
Upon placing your order, your file(s) will be available to you in two ways:
- On-screen access link after checkout
- An email containing a download link will also be sent to your email address
On your phone, follow these steps:
- Create a new album called “Frame TV” in your Photos app.
- Download the file(s) into that folder – this will make it easier for the SmartThings app to recognize the images in the next step.
STEP 2 – Upload to your Frame TV:
Make sure your Frame TV is on and connected to the same WiFi network as your phone.
Open Samsung’s SmartThings app on your phone. If you don’t have it already, download it from the Play Store or App Store application on your phone (it’s free!).
In the SmartThings app:
- Select your TV device.
- Choose “Art Mode”.
- Select “Add Your Photos”.
- From the album drop-down menu, find the new “Frame TV” album you created earlier.
- Choose your artwork.
- Select the “No mat” option for a full-screen view, or choose a “Mat” option.
- Click “Set On Frame” to display the art on the TV.
- Adjust the Brightness and Color Tone in the Art Mode settings for your liking.
In the TV’s settings menu:
- Use the TV remote to further adjust the display appearance of the TV screen.
If you encounter any difficulties during the process, feel free to contact us for assistance.
- Download the file(s) into USB drive.
- Connect a USB drive containing your file(s) to the One Connect Box of your Frame TV.
- While The Frame is in Art Mode, press “Select” on your OneRemote.
- Use the directional pad on the OneRemote to navigate to “My Collection” and then move to and select the connected storage device.
- Use the directional pad on the OneRemote to browse through the pictures. To import images, move to and select “Save” at the top of the screen.
- Highlight and select “Save Selected” to import the chosen images.
Note: Do not remove the USB drive while the images are saving to The Frame.
To view the imported images, navigate to “My Collection” > “My Photos.”
